These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the e-bees app and Magicreach Services.

In this Terms and conditions “we”, “us”, “our” or “Magicreach” or “e-bees” and “you”, “your” or “yours” means the persons to whom this policy applies.

In this Terms and conditions "client" means which "Bank or NBFC" you want to apply or our hopeful "Bank or NBFC"

Eligibility for e-bees Opening

Consent for OTP

You understand that the biometrics and/or OTP you provide for authentication will be used for authenticating your identity through the mobile number for the purpose of using Magicreach Services.

You must don't share the OTP to anyone. Magicreach not responsible for If anyone trying to Login using your mobile number with OTP.

Magicreach Services

Magicreach Services are provided for your convenience. You make use of the facility at your own risk. By registered a mobile number and/or use of the Magicreach services and/or submitted the all data is doesn't mean you are approved for a loan. We just send your data to our client or your selected Bank / NBFC. Only they are responsible for giving a loan.

Magicreach is only providing a platform for communication between Client and you. Magicreach services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Client and e-bees App user.

We collect information from or about the Mobile Phone/Device where you install or access our Magicreach Services, depending on the permissions you’ve granted. You authorize us to associate the information we collect from your Mobile Phone/Device to authenticate you and to provide consistent Magicreach Services to you.

Accuracy of information

You will be responsible for the correctness of information supplied by you to client through the use of e-bees app. Magicreach not accepts incorrect information supplied by you. Magicreach will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the statement, Magicreach is not liable for any error.


Magicreach does not make any representation or warranty as to the loan of any of its e-bees app Users. Magicreach advises to independently verify the Bank or NBFC loan process.


You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your mobile number. You are responsible for safekeeping and maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number and identity document like Aaadhaar, Bank Pass book, your selfie, etc. You must not disclose to any person your Mobile Number and will not authorize any person to use your identity document for any purpose whatsoever. You agree to take reasonable measures and all due care to protect your OTP against misuse by third parties. You will, as soon as possible, change your Mobile Number should you notice that your e-bees app has been accessed or used without your knowledge, authority or consent.

Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

Our compliance with any instruction given or purported to be given by you relating to a Transaction, notwithstanding that the integrity of the information comprised in such instruction may have been compromised or impaired during transmission, provided that such compromise or impairment will not have been apparent to a reasonable person receiving such instruction;

Use of the e-bees app by third parties, whether authorized or unauthorized by you

Your transfer of funds to the wrong mobile number or to the wrong recipient;

Theft or loss of your Mobile Phone/Device, hardware and/or equipment on which the e-bees app is installed;

Magicreach will not be liable for the integrity or use of any data downloaded in any way.

Provided that you have notified us in reasonable detail and in a timely manner of any problems experienced in the use of Magicreach Services and Magicreach will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct such problems within a reasonable period of time (but without further liability if we are unable to do so).

Magicreach may from time to time without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, alter, suspend, discontinue the provision of or remove, whether in whole or in part, Magicreach Services, the Security the methods available for access to Magicreach Services, or any information, services or products provided therein and will not be liable if any such upgrade, modification, suspension or alteration prevents you from accessing Magicreach Services. .

Magicreach does not warrant the security of any information transmitted by you or to you through Magicreach Services or via mobile phone.

Neither Magicreach nor any of its personnel will be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by you as a result of:

Any disclosure of any information which you have consented to client and/or any of our personnel disclosing; or

Any access by a third party to information obtained through your use of Magicreach Services.

Contract: All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Client and e-bees app user alone. Magicreach does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Client and e-bees app user.

Breach of Contract: Magicreach is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Client and e-bees app user. Magicreach shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Client and e-bees app user.

Loss of Mobile Phone/Device

If you lose the Mobile Phone/Device on which you had installed the e-bees app, you will need to reinstall the e-bees app on your new Mobile Phone/Device. You must call and inform to us with the use of displayed number on the screen.

Change in Mobile Number:

The Customer has to advise us of any change in your mobile number. The new number will be registered after necessary verification in accordance with our client process and policies.

Procedure in case of Death or Incompetence

If the Bank or NBFC is notified that a Customer dies or is declared incompetent to contract by a Court/competent authority, our client may place a hold on the Account and stop all operations when any Customer dies or is declared incompetent or a restriction is placed on the Customer, although the client may continue to levy charges/interest on such accounts and claim such amounts as are due to it under any banker’s lien or otherwise. In case of death of the Customer, the client may retain any and all funds in the Account until it establishes the identity and credentials of the successor to its satisfaction, which may include insisting on a succession certificate/probate of a will.

Online Fraud Protection

Phishing/account takeover - You agree to take reasonable for any fraudulent loss or damage arising due to Information obtained by unauthorized access to sensitive information such as your Mobile Number, OTP and any identity details etc.

Privacy Policy

All of the information that Magicreach collects from you, such as registration details, beneficiary account details and identity card information etc., is subject to its privacy policy. Magicreach Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted from time to time, is incorporated by reference into and forms part of these Terms and will apply to all personal data that you provide to Magicreach or that arises from your relationship with Magicreach.
