• We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright.
• The acceptance of a commission shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and Magicreach. Magicreach Technology cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a commission but will arrange a date with the client as to when work can commence.
• Magicreach Technology can accept no responsibility or liability if any search engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion, chooses not to list a client’s web site.
• Magicreach Technology does not undertake to maintain or update a client’s website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes Magicreach Teachnology to maintain or update a web site as a separate commission, Magicreach will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract appropriate to the amount of work required. Web site maintenance may also be undertaken on a time and materials basis if the client so wishes.
• Magicreach Technology makes every effort to design pages which display acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after pages have been designed.
• The copyright for all material provided by Magicreach Technology such as HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property of Magicreach until such time as payment has been made in full
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.

• We may modify the title tags, meta tags, content, HTML code and other on-page factors of a client’s website to make it more relevant to search engines (Google) for the targeted keywords. We aim to improve keyword positioning/placement to attract additional traffic to the site.
• Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, on-going changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, Magicreach Technology does not guarantee No.1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
• New websites may get temporary boost in ranking for some targeted keywords for few days but then it settles down to its real place. This is known as ‘new site boost effect’ and it is quite common. Consequently the client understands that a new site has not really got top rankings within a month and soon it will revert down to its actual position.

Server / Network Maintenance

• In order to keep its servers up to date, Magicreach Technology will perform scheduled maintenance to servers from time to time. We reserve the right to suspend access to the server during the time required for the scheduled maintenance.
• Magicreach Technology will attempt to perform all scheduled maintenance at off-peak time. If the maintenance period is expected to last for more than 30 minutes Magicreach Techology will post a notice regarding the maintenance to its announce mail list.

Software Maintenance

• During the maintenance term, Raritan shall provide maintenance services in support of the Software. Maintenance Services shall include both technical support services and software releases.
• Customer rights and obligations concerning the use of any Releases (Error Corrections, Enhancements, or any other programming provided by Magicreach Technology relating to the Software) shall be as provided under the End-User License Agreement between Customer and Magicreach Technology.
